JUNE 21st - July 4th, 2025

Celebrating 10 years and over 10,000 members completing Project 14.

Project 14: Home Reset Challenge

Day 1: The Entry

We’re going to spend today clearing the space you see first — shoes, bags, keys, and those random things that always seem to land here. I’ll show you how we turned our entry into a calmer space, and share the drop zone system that actually works in real life with a busy family.

Day 2: Laundry Cabinet

We’re going to spend today inside the laundry cupboard – sorting towels, first aid supplies, spare toiletries and more. I’ll be sharing how many towels we actually keep, how we store our medicine safely, and what systems I’ve found helpful for keeping this space simple but functional.

Day 3: Master Bedroom

We’re going to spend today creating more calm in the master bedroom. I’ll walk you through what lives on our bedside tables, how we avoid clutter building up on every surface, and what habits help this space stay peaceful (well, most of the time).

Day 4: Kids’ Bedroom

We’re going to spend today resetting the kids’ rooms — decluttering clothes, toys, and those odd things that pile up. I’ll show you how we store their clothes (including what we hang vs fold), how I involve them in the process, and what boundaries have helped us keep their spaces manageable.

Day 5: Bathrooms

We’re going to spend today giving the bathroom a full reset. I’ll share how we store daily items, which products we’ve ditched, how I manage overflow storage (like spare shampoo or razors), and tips for keeping the space clean and quick to tidy.

Day 6: Living Areas

We’re going to spend today creating more breathing room in the living area. I’ll take you through how we store books, devices, throws and cushions, and how we limit clutter without losing the cosy, lived-in feel of our home.

Day 7: Kitchen Counters & Drawers

We’re going to spend today working through the kitchen surfaces and drawers. I’ll show you what lives on our benches, what doesn’t make the cut, and how we simplified the cutlery drawer (plus the random kitchen gadgets I let go of!).

Day 8: Pantry

We’re going to spend today refreshing the pantry. I’ll walk you through how we organise our shelves, what we decant (and what we don’t), and how we keep track of what we have without overbuying. Simple and sustainable is the goal.

Day 9: Fridge & Freezer

We’re going to spend today cleaning out the fridge and freezer. I’ll show you our shelf zones, how often we actually wipe it all down, and how I organise snacks, leftovers and meal prep in a way the whole family can follow.

Day 10: Dining Table & Paper Clutter

We’re going to spend today reclaiming the dining table and dealing with all that paper clutter. I’ll share how we’ve stopped the table from becoming a dumping ground and exactly what I do with all those school notes, forms and bills.

Day 11: Toys & Hobbies

We’re going to spend today sorting through toys, games, puzzles and hobby gear. I’ll walk you through what categories we use, how we decide what stays, and the real-world storage we’ve found works best — without overcomplicating things.

Day 12: Wardrobes (Adult + Kids)

We’re going to spend today tackling wardrobes. I’ll show you how we store clothes by season, how many pieces we actually own, and how I organise everything to make mornings easier (yes, even in a shared wardrobe setup!).

Day 13: Hidden Spots & Storage

We’re going to spend today tackling those forgotten zones — hallway cupboards, under beds, and the ‘I’ll get to it later’ shelves. I’ll share how I reassess what’s working, what isn’t, and the small changes that make a big difference in how our home flows.

Day 14: Donation & Disposal Day

We’re going to spend today letting go — fully. I’ll be bagging up donations, dropping off what’s leaving our home, and sharing tips on where things can go if you’re not sure. This is the day it all gets real.

Project 14 is for everyoneCome as you are. No matter the season of life you are in, we'll embrace you with open arms. We're not perfect. We're doing the best that we can each day and we're proud of ourselves for that. We are big believers in small, sustainable steps, in celebrating the little wins and in being kind to ourselves during the tricky times.

Each day we'll tackle a new task/topic together - live (not pre-recorded). All videos and tasks are saved in the group for you to tackle at your own pace.

Past members have found that one of the many advantages of taking part in Project 14 is the groups shared goal of working on their home and lives at the same time. There is strength in tackling a project together and the companionship that spurs you on to tackle more and more within your home and life. Topics are discussed and often members gain additional ideas from others within the group. Many people that have completed Project 14 sign up for subsequent projects to continue working on their home, it can be a wonderful way of focusing your energy on your home and yourself for 14 days.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, out of routine, looking for a way to spend more time with your family or on a journey to a more simplified life then Project 14 might be the answer for you. Project 14 runs for 14 days from the 1st of January each year for our ‘Fresh Start’ project, mid year for our Systems based Project and then ‘The Christmas Edition’ towards the end of the year (subject to Leanne’s availability).

FAQ:
Do I need to complete the project in 14 days?
Absolutely not! The timeframe is only for me. If you would like to tackle one space a week or one a fortnight, you can do that. We understand that life gets busy and we’re not here to add overwhelm (our goal is to remove the overwhelm).

Do I need to watch the videos live?
You do not need to tune in live. All videos are saved for you to watch at your own pace (even after the 14 days are finished).

Having an organised pantry or fridge is great, but being organised (and feeling the benefits) is so much more than aesthetics.
Join us as we tackle some of the main causes of frustration in a home/routine.
