SHIPPING

Delivery Times

Once we have despatched your order, the shipping time is not within our control. Australia Post and international post carriers are responsible for your purchase's transit. At any stage, you can use the tracking information sent to you via email or make contact with Australia Post directly. 

Pre-Orders

When you place an order with 'Pre-order' in the title, you are confirming that you have read and understand:

  • The item that you have purchased is on order from our manufacturer and will have an extended lead time (typically between 4 and 8 weeks - specified in description of product) before the item will despatch.
  • Any items ordered in the same order as your pre-ordered item will be held until we can send your complete order. If you require items earlier, we recommend placing them in a seperate order.
  • At times, although rare, delays in production and/or manufacturing may occur. This will be communicated to you if it occurs.

Addresses

It is your responsibility to check your postal address at the time of the order. Re-directing parcels will occur at the customer's expense.

International Orders + Duties/Taxes
Our international orders are shipped using Australia Post. Duties & taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase is over the tax-free threshold. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine whether your order might incur any additional additional charges upon entry into your country before placing your order.
