Want to know how I fit it all in? I don’t. I simply prioritise what is important to me - and that is not perfection (which is incredibly freeing). In this season of our family life, I work full time, do not have a cleaner, run my small business on my own, and spend a lot of time on the sideline of (almost) every sporting game the boys play. My goal over the last couple of years has been to experience ‘slow living’ amongst the full schedule – and we are reaping the benefits of what that feels like.

That’s where One Cycle Resets comes in. Using the time it takes for my washing machine’s quickest cycle, I’ll show you how I get my daily tidy and my zone of the day done. By the end of 30 minutes, I have a load ready to hang, a tidier space, and my daily zone complete – leaving me lighter and ready for what matters most.

This round is about sharing/filming exactly what I do on a daily basis that is (mostly) sustainable and keeps my spaces manageable and feeling good – because that’s a priority for me. In full transparency, there are still crazy weeks where my focus shifts away from our space, but the beauty of following an 80/20 rule is that it’s always manageable to get back on track quickly.

One Cycle Resets isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating rhythm, even in the busiest of seasons.
