FAQ:
Q: I have misplaced my VIP voucher code, what do I do?
A: Email hello@leannebaker.com and I’ll resend it to you. Please email me as soon as possible.
Q: I paid for my order in full during the VIP stage, what do I need to do?
A: Nothing at all. Your planners will ship as soon as we receive them.
Q: I have a VIP voucher code, what do I need to do on launch night?
A:
1. Select ‘Menu’ then ‘Shop’.
2. Choose the layout and cover design you secured and add the product/s to cart.
3. At checkout, select the ‘Show order summary’ dropdown box.
4. Enter your code/s in the ‘gift card or discount code’ box.
5. Make payment as normal.
Q: Where do I enter my VIP voucher if I have one?
A: At checkout, select the ‘Show order summary’ dropdown box.

Q: I did not purchase a VIP voucher, when can I order my 2022 planner?
A: On Friday, 29th October at 7pm AEST our signature planners will be available to everyone.
Q: When are the products arriving?
A: While we have made every effort to have both shipments arrive at the same time, one shipment is about 3 weeks behind the other.
The first shipment has our signature planners. They will launch on October 29th at 7pm AEST.
Our second shipment will arrive around 3 weeks after the first shipment. This shipment has additional signature planners, slimline planners, budget planners, 6 monthly planners and our Teacher Planners.
Q: If I have a combination of products in my order, when will they ship?
A: Your order will ship as soon as we have all the products in your order. If you place an order that includes something from the second shipment, it will not ship until those products arrive.
Q: Can I add a slimline planner/budget planner to my order before they arrive?
A: Yes, during the first launch, the only product that won’t be able to be added to the order are our planner bags (due in December). You may add a slimline or budget planner etc to your order, just remember that nothing will ship until the final product in your order has arrived.
Q: Can I wait until the second shipment arrives to place my order?
A: Absolutely. Whilst we have ordered plenty of products, we cannot guarantee that our whole product range will be available when we launch again for our second shipment.
