Recently I asked you, our wonderful community, for your best self-care ideas, and I was just so inspired by the countless simple and cost-effective ideas you sent in. It’s taken me many years to work out how to make my happiness a priority, and I just loved reading the ways you choose to look after yourself. I wanted to share these ideas with you, and hopefully they will inspire you too!

Enjoying food
